An information centre for the sector
The CIFC (Centre d’Information des Fromages de Chèvre, or Goat’s cheese information centre) aims to: - centralise all up-to-date information on goat’s cheeses; - allow goat’s cheese lovers to get to know more about their favourite cheeses; - show people all of the different types of goat’s cheese that exist and different ways to eat them, be it on a cheese board, as a pre-dinner nibble, in sweet or savoury cuisine, in kebabs, grated or marinated,etc.
