An information centre for the sector

img_home_1The CIFC (Centre d’Information des Fromages de Chèvre, or Goat’s cheese information centre) aims to:
- centralise all up-to-date information on goat’s cheeses;
- allow goat’s cheese lovers to get to know more about their favourite cheeses;
- show people all of the different types of goat’s cheese that exist and different ways to eat them, be it on a cheese board, as a pre-dinner nibble, in sweet or savoury cuisine, in kebabs, grated or marinated,etc.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it (L’Association Nationale Interprofessionnelle Caprine), the government-recognised body which was established in 1983 to bring together French goat’s milk producers and processors from across the sector’s 3 federations:

A unique photo library

The CIFC manages a library of photography for the benefit of the French goat sector. It includes recipe shots, specialist cheese shots, information on production and goat breeds, etc.
