Crottin de Chavignol bruschetta

Snacks Quite easy

  • Lightly toast the bread on one side.
  • Turn and spread with tapenade. On each piece of bread, lay one slice of ham and two slices tomato.
  • Top with sliced Crottin de Chavignol goat’s cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season to taste, and place under a hot grill for a few minutes, until cheese has started to melt.
  • Serve piping hot, accompanied by a small leaf salad.

4 thick slices country style bread    4 tbsp tapenade
4 slices ham
2 tomatoes (sliced)
3-4 x 60g ripe Crottin de Chavignol goat’s cheese (rind removed by lightly grating)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and fr

If you can’t find tapenade, try with pesto or artichoke purée instead.
